During this fun and empowering day you will be introduced to three of the four Reiki symbols, including the distance healing symbol. We will also create our own healing Mandala, learn how to use crystals to balance the chakras, and have a go at pendulum dowsing and how we may use this in a treatment session, and how it may be used to heighten our connection with our intuition.

This session will depend your experience of Reiki, energy and healing and will enhance your spiritual, intuitive and personal development too. For those who wish to become professional practitioner, you will also learn about the responsibilities of becoming a professional Reiki practitioner including insurance and other practicalities.

We also incorporate some biodynamic exercises and some gentle yoga movement to with a guided energy balancing meditation to prepare you for the attunement. The session will also include some grounding exercises and an opportunity for meditation.

You will have the opportunity to practice using the Reiki symbols on others and having a felt sense of how they are different and how they can b used to enhance a healing session and your life generally.

The cost is £215 and includes a vegetarian lunch, refreshments, snacks are a manual are included in the cost.
