For those Reiki attuned (all levels), come and join me for a Reiju Empowerment, a gentle ritual, very similar to the attunement, to deepen your connection to the Reiki source and further empower you.

We will join together in circle on our mats to practise some biodynamic exercises and gentle yoga to release energetic blocks before enjoying a guided chakra balancing relaxation. 

Sitting in chairs, Emma will then guide you through a couple of breathing exercise to encourage a receptive and meditative state before the Reiju Empowerment itself. 

We will finish the session by linking palm chakras and sharing Reiki around the circle, before enjoying angel cards and all this may reveal to you!

You should leave feeling a greater connection to self, calm, centred, grounded and empowered!

WHEN: Sunday 2 August, 9.15 - 11.15 am

WHERE: Cobo Community Centre (upstairs in room at top of stairs)

WHO CAN ATTEND? Anyone who is Reiki attuned (all levels, 1, 2 and/or Master). 10 spaces available.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket and warm socks/clothing, plus any crystals you might like to incorporate into relaxation/mediation etc.
