New Moon Campfire Kirtan

NOW TAKING PLACE AT 7 PM

Join us in circle, around the fire, to chant and sing devotional Sanskrit mantras to the sound of a live harmonium to celebrate the approaching New Moon.

Kirtan is all about opening up the heart and throat chakras and connecting to the Divine. It's about finding your voice and expressing your true, authentic self. But most importantly, it is about simply bathing in all the feelings of love, happiness and connectedness that come with this form of singing.

The evening will consist of roughly an hour of kirtan, allowing for some time to meditate and mingle too.

Everyone welcome! We are just getting started with the kirtan sessions and are keen to introduce this form of meditation and aspect of yoga to as many people as possible. Please encourage anyone to come who may be interested!

The session will take place at Katie and Adam's permaculture site near Footes Lane (weather permitting) around the fire. Full details and directions will be sent via email to those who book closer to the time.

Please bring a picnic rug or towel to sit on if you have one and any blankets or cushions you need to sit comfortably.

£7 per person to pay on the day, but please book online so we have an idea of numbers.
