Breathe, Chant, Rest

Life is busy. We don’t always get the time to check in, breathe properly, find our voice, feel into our heart and rest well.

Come and join Emma and Katie to do exactly that through a combination of breathing practises, Vedic chanting (the Ayur Mantra for good health), Kirtan (chanting the Lakshmi mantra for beauty and abundance in life) accompanied by the harmonium, and finally resting into ourselves. No prior experience required, just bring an open heart and mind. Oracle cards available at the end.

WHEN: Wednesday 23rd November, 6-7pm

LOCATION: St Martin’s Community Centre (room opposite the office)

COST: £12 per person

BRING: Something comfortable to sit on, perhaps a blanket and a cushion, a drink if you need one
