The voice of love!
The heart chakra sits between the lower three and the higher three chakras. It is the chakra of devotion, love, compassion and trust, yet it can get heavy with feelings of sadness, grief, anger, frustration and stubborn unforgiveness. If cleared, there is a small window and if you enter there, you will see a staircase that will lead you up to the throat chakra.
The throat chakra, the seat of communication, is where the inner meets the outer. This is where we communicate with partners, children, friends, colleagues and ourselves. This is a very important chakra because here love becomes song and compassion becomes speech.
Working with the heart and throat chakras, we can help to bring up emotions that have not been allowed expression, freeing the heart and lightening its load, hearing more clearly what it is trying to communicate to us, beyond the noise of the ego-mind, opening the throat and freeing it too from its binds, so that we may talk to ourselves more kindly and to the other amazing people we encounter in our lives. Our digestion might improve too, our mind might feel calmer and our heart speak a little louder!
