There is no doubt that Sark is a magical island that nourishes the soul; perhaps its the Sark amethyst or the pyrite, or any of the other minerals that underlie it, but there is something about this island that restores and rejuvenates us. 

Sark is a true gem, quite literally, a gift from above where you can’t help but slow down, reconnect with nature’s abundance, be renewed and expanded by time spent exploring the rugged coastline with all its caves, nooks and crannies plus the abundance of wildlife and the vibrancy of its energy; this is an island very much alive!
