A Reiju Empowerment was used by Dr Usui to enhance the intuitive and self-healing capacity of Reiki students as well as supporting their spiritual and personal development and improving their sensitivity to the flow of the Reiki energy. It is a little bit like a Reiki attunement but more gentle.

We will prepare for the Reiju Empowerment with a chakra enquiry before practising some biodynamic movement and gentle yoga poses to further connect with and balance the chakras before a guided chakra balancing relaxation (bring your crystals!) and gassho mediation.

For the Reiju Empowerment you may sit on a chair or on the floor and Emma will move around the room from student to student while you meditate or rest.

The session will finish by giving Reiki to ourselves and sharing Reiki around the group, before having the option to pick an oracle card and see what that reveals.

This is a great way to deepen your connection with Reiki - reconnecting if necessary - and furthering your spiritual and personal development. It should also promote a calmer and more centred state of being, with the added bonus of being infused with the loving energy of all the other Reiki students in the room! CPD certificates also provided.
