Embrace the opportunity to meet your need for gentle and conscious movement, rest and greater connection to inner landscape with a group of like minded women with traditional yoga.
These classes focus on encouraging you slow down and rest into yourself, helping you to develop a more compassionate and joyful relationship with your Self in the process.
Tantric in orientation, the sessions are accessible for all ages and levels of ability, encouraging you to close your eyes and go within. Each session will include a selection of accessible yoga postures with the idea of freeing the spine and becoming more intimate with the body in the process, breathing exercises to calm the mind and free prana, and a guided relaxation to take you deeper into your Self.
Nothing is expected of you. If you choose to rest the whole session then that is absolutely fine!
