FULLY BOOKED
A calling to those who are yearning for spiritual nourishment and an opportunity to spend time with like-minded souls, while delving deeper into the mystery of themselves.
Taking place in Cobo Community Centre (MR2 upstairs), we will join together around a central altar to journey deeper within and guided by Emma as we explore our chakras and see what feels to reveal itself to us in that moment.
Then some biodynamic exercises to balance each of our chakras, before some breathing exercises (pranayama) to calm the mind and take us yet deeper into ourselves, followed by the practice of some yoga postures (asana) to bring more freedom to the spine and to the mind, before a guided chakra balancing relaxation (bring your crystals!), to encourage rest and another opportunity to come deeper home to ourselves.
Sound healing using crystal bowls will be weaved throughout the session.
Wen will then gather together over tea and healthy snacks to chatter and enjoy the opportunity to learn more about ourselves by delving into any and all of the following:
Dowsing a Bach flower remedy to help with your emotional healing, and/or using the dowsing healing charts to see what subconscious emotional energy you are holding and which meridian may be out of balance, maybe dowsing to see what vitamins and minerals you are lacking and what dietary changes you may need to make. If dowsing is not your thing, someone else will be happy to do it for you.
Emma will bring her Ogham sticks so you may tap into ancient tree wisdom.
She will also bring along a plethora of oracle cards, so you that might see what the Goddess, has to say, or learn which crystal you might need or which Druid animal might support you, or perhaps a lesson from the Osho deck.
Maybe it’s time to delve into Mandalas and see which one draws your attention and why that might be. If you are Reiki attuned perhaps you may like to create your own manifestation mandala or ask a Reiki attuned person to activate it with the symbols for you.
Or perhaps you would just like to make the most of the opportunity to soak up the energy in the room and meet new friends, or just be quiet and enjoy just being – whatever your needs, this is your opportunity to honour them.
