Breathe, Sound, Rest

** Booking Required **

The breath positively changes how we feel, increasing prana in the body, calming our mind, supporting our digestion and increasing our vibrancy and centredness. Together we will explore various yogic breathing exercises (pranayama) so you can experience the benefits for yourself.

The use of sound also positively changes things and we will practice the Bija Mantra to balance each of the chakras (energy centres) and further help to increase prana and your sense of inner balance and wholeness.

The session will finish with a Yoga Nidra which is a powerful meditation technique (practiced lying down) inducing complete physical, emotional and mental relaxation. You can work with a Sankalpa (like an intention/affirmation) to assist with healing, transformation and manifestation.

An act of self-love and self-care, this session is suitable for anyone who wishes to slow down, go within, nourish, nurture, balance, centre, increase vibrancy and consciousness and come home to themselves on a deeper level again.

Open to all, no prior experience required, simply an open heart and mind and willingness to explore more of your own truth.
