The one constant in our life is our breath, it is with us from the moment we are born to the moment we die, but so few breathe well.
The breath is one of our main sources of energy alongside food and sleep, and yet we often pay it very little attention until it is constricted in some way.
The breath also helps to stabilise our mind and regulate our nervous system so has infinite benefits to our overall physical, mental, psychological and emotional wellbeing.
Together we will explore various yogic breathing techniques including thoracic breath, abdominal breath, directional breath, villoma breath, Brahmari breath and Sitali breath to deepen our relationship with the breath and experience the benefits of breathing well.
Each session will incorporate a guided meditation.
All are welcome, no previous experience required, accessible for absolute beginners but equally of value to seasoned practitioners.
