For those Reiki attuned (all levels including Reiki Level One), you are invited to join Emma for a Reiju Empowerment, a gentle ritual, very similar to the attunement, to deepen your connection to the Reiki source and support your ongoing personal and spiritual development and healing.

The session will begin with a chakra enquiry, giving yourself Reiki where required, acknowledging where you are holding stress/tension/discomfort that might be worked through during the session.

We will then practise some biodynamic exercise and gentle yoga asana (postures) while connecting with the breath, to release energetic blocks, before enjoying a guided chakra balancing relaxation.

Staying on the mat or sitting in a chair, you will then have the opportunity to receive the Reiju Empowerment.

The session will finish with a short Gassho meditation before linking hands and briefly sharing Reiki around the circle, before the opportunity to choose on oracle card to offer further insight into whatever may be going on for you at the time.

This is a very gentle and introspective session, you are encouraged to close your eyes and go within.

You are likely to leave feeling a greater connection to yourself, calmer, centred, grounded, empowered, and a deeper connection to the Reiki source. Ideal for those feeling stuck or disconnected from Reiki, or who just want to give to themselves and promote their ongoing healing and personal and spiritual development.
