For those Reiki attuned (all levels), you are invited to join Emma for a Reiju Empowerment, a gentle ritual, very similar to the attunement, to deepen your connection to the Reiki source and support your ongoing personal and spiritual development and healing.

The session will begin with a journey of enquiry through the chakras before you are invited to give yourself Reiki where it is most needed. We will then practise some biodynamic exercise and gentle yoga asana (postures) while connecting with the breath, to release energetic blocks, before enjoying a guided chakra balancing relaxation.

Staying on the mat or sitting in a chair, you will then have the opportunity to practice Gassho meditation before receiving the Reiju Empowerment.

The session will finish sharing Reiki around the circle and choosing on oracle card to offer further insight into whatever may be going on for you at the time.

You are likely to leave feeling a greater connection to yourself, calmer, centred, grounded, empowered, and a deeper connection to the Reiki source. Ideal for those feeling stuck or disconnected from Reiki, or who just want to give to themselves and promote their ongoing healing and personal and spiritual development.
