This is the ideal antidote to our busy, frentic and information overloaded lives - a deeply restful and healing experience to calm the mind, release tension from the body, uplift the spirt and nourish the soul.
You will likely leave feeling much more centred, grounded, calm, peaceful and whole than when you arrived – an act of self-love - your heart and soul will be grateful!
The practice itself is slow and gentle incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures), a 30 minute yoga nidra (a powerful guided meditation/relaxation technique) and finishing with sound healing (using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick and tongue drum).
The class is suitable for all ages and levels of ability including complete beginners and those who feel stiff and out of shape! Please feel to do as little or as much as you like, you can lie the whole session if you choose!
