Summer Solstice Wane - Breathe, Sound & Rest

A practice to calm, revitalise, raise vibration, and bring you home to yourself.

As the light of the sun reaches its peak at the summer solstice, so this is also the moment when the power of the sun begins to wane again. From then onwards the days will grow shorter and the nights longer as we are encouraged back to the dark to complete the turning of the wheel of the year.

With the summer solstice now passed, we will join together to settle into this new phase with a combination of yogic breathing exercises to calm and centre, creating the sound of Om, one of the oldest and most sacred sounds found in yoga, helping to bring greater union to body, mind and soul while increasing your vibration, and a yoga nidra to allow a letting go deeper into yourself.
