These classes focus on helping you slow down and rest into yourself, deepening your connection to heart and soul, encouraging more of your innate wisdom to be heard, and helping you to develop a more compassionate and joyful relationship with yourself.
The sessions are accessible for all ages and levels of ability, encouraging you to close your eyes and go within, while practising a variety of yogic techniques, including gentle postures, breathing exercises and a guided relaxation.
