These sessions are a wonderful way to deepen your Yoga practice. Guided by Emma in groups of 6, you can receive more personalised instructions as we work deeper into the body to remove stagnant energy and change unhelpful movement patterns.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali was the first text written solely on the theory and practice of yoga, complied circa 2,000+ years ago the sage Patanjali in India, who codified and organised the knowledge and wisdom of yoga from much older traditions.

Pranayama course
Pranayama is probably one of the most powerful yogic tools for not only freeing the breath and pacifying and containing the mind but for encouraging the flow of life energy throughout the body and therefore increasing vitality. Emma would like to share this practice with you so that you may also benefit.
